1️⃣ طبيعة الخدمةNature of the Service

Lawyer Finder منصة وسيطة تربط بين العملاء والمحامين المرخّصين في الإمارات. المنصة لا تقدّم استشارات قانونية بنفسها، ولا تُعتبر مكتب محاماة، بل تسهّل عملية الحجز والتواصل والدفع فقط. Lawyer Finder is an intermediary platform connecting clients with licensed lawyers in the UAE. The platform itself does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm; it only facilitates booking, communication, and payment.

2️⃣ حسابات المستخدمينUser Accounts

• يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة عند التسجيلYou must provide accurate information when registering
• أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات حسابك وكلمة المرورYou are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
• يحق للمنصة تعليق أو إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروطThe platform may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms

3️⃣ المحامون على المنصةLawyers on the Platform

يتم التحقق من ترخيص كل محامٍ ومستنداته قبل تفعيل حسابه. مع ذلك، تبقى العلاقة القانونية والمسؤولية عن الاستشارة المقدّمة بين العميل والمحامي مباشرة، ولا تتحمّل المنصة مسؤولية محتوى الاستشارة القانونية نفسها. Every lawyer's license and documents are verified before account activation. However, the legal relationship and responsibility for advice given remains directly between the client and lawyer; the platform is not liable for the content of legal advice itself.

4️⃣ الحجز والدفعBooking & Payment

• يتم تأكيد الحجز بعد قبول المحامي للطلبBookings are confirmed once the lawyer accepts the request
• المدفوعات تتم عبر بوابات دفع آمنة ومعتمدةPayments are processed via secure, certified payment gateways
• سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد متاحة في لوحة تحكم العميل وتختلف حسب توقيت الإلغاءCancellation/refund policy is available in the client dashboard and varies by timing

5️⃣ المحتوى والمستنداتContent & Documents

أنت مسؤول عن صحة المستندات والمعلومات التي ترفعها. يُمنع رفع أي محتوى غير قانوني أو ينتهك حقوق طرف ثالث. تحتفظ المنصة بحق إزالة أي محتوى مخالف. You are responsible for the accuracy of documents and information you upload. Uploading illegal content or content violating third-party rights is prohibited. The platform reserves the right to remove violating content.

6️⃣ حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of Liability

لا تتحمّل المنصة أي مسؤولية عن نتائج الاستشارات القانونية أو القضايا التي تتم عبرها، ولا عن أي خسارة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المنصة، باستثناء ما يفرضه القانون المعمول به في الإمارات. The platform bears no liability for the outcomes of legal consultations or cases conducted through it, nor for any direct or indirect loss resulting from platform use, except as required by applicable UAE law.

7️⃣ القانون الحاكمGoverning Law

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
